About David Candler Hicks, Attorney-at-law, Keynote Presenter
David Candler Hicks has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1993. He is a third generation Floridian and grew up in Pinellas County where he has been in private practice since 1998. Mr. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University’s College of Law. Upon graduation, David worked for the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office as a staff attorney before serving as Counsel for several litigation firms.
