The mission of Athens Theatre, Inc. is to:
Preserve one of DeLand's historically significant landmarks for the enrichment of our children, as well as future generations of citizens.

Business and Professional Women, established in 1919 is a non-partisan organization which helps women personally, politically and professionally through advocacy, education and information. Our local organization meets the 2nd Thursday at noon at the Boston Gourmet Coffeehouse in Orange City on Saxon Ave. and the 4th Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Blue Martini Restaurant in DeLand.

The DeLand International Folk Dancers meet the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 7-9pm. Learn the dances of many cultures, no dance experience or partner needed. Call for location (386) 738-4391.

Kiwanis is an international service organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people worldwide, especially those prenatal to 18 years of age.
Please drop by Woodland Towers any Tuesday about 11:45 am and introduce yourself to the person at the front desk as a guest of Kiwanis - they will direct you to our meeting room.

The Paranormal & Ghost Society is based here in DeLand we have done almost 300 investigations of haunted houses, asylums, cemeteries, ships, churches Etc..
