Born and raised in DeLand, Barbara feels as though she's been in Real Estate almost her whole life as her Mom was in Real Estate for 38 years before her. Barbara has had her own company since 1989 and has a total of 23 years in the Real Estate industry.
Barbara and her husband of 34 years, Bill, are devoted to their family, church and community. They are residents of DeLand and have a daughter, Ashley Shaw, a son, Billy Brennan, and two grandsons, Klein and Chance Shaw.
Barbara is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the West Volusia Association of Realtors. She was voted REALTOR of the Year in 1988 by the West Volusia Association of REALTORS where she has served as a Director for three 2-year terms and has served on many committees including Professional Standards, MLS, Membership, Grievance, By-Laws, and Education. She has been a member of the REALTORS Honor Society for fifteen years and holds a certificate of completion for REALTORS Institute, Course I.
Barbara's desire in the Real Estate Profession is to offer a high level of knowledge, expertise and competence in the field of service to her clients and a sense of honesty and fairness to all parties of each transaction.
